Siegfried Nierhaus is a respected leader in Middle Eastern hospitality, admired for his passion, vision, and commitment to team success and is now the VP and Head of Development for H World International MEIA Region.

With over 30 years in hospitality, Siegfried spent 15 years in France and 16 years in Dubai, leading projects across the Middle East, India, Asia, and Africa—bringing global expertise and cultural insight to every market he touches.

In the Middle East, he has held strategic roles with top hotel brands, owners, and consultants. Notably, he is the only German to be named among the Top 50 Hoteliers in the region every year since 2011—a rare and ongoing achievement.
